One of the major points i wanted to find out was why people used second life, as my initial opinions and feelings towards it were extremely negative. i have found some people who use second life and have explained why they use it.

some of the statistics i gathered were staggering, to think that people would actually spend their cash on purchasing objects in their virtual world seemed pointless. the graphs below show the xtent of money spent in past months along with the growth in users.
